I must have had a mid life crisis. Ever since the 70's I wanted to grow some long hair. I did it, I cut it, I'm happy.

Every year Our Lake Country Pioneers Club (Retired Telephone Companies Employees) Sells
lemonade at the Sand Bass Festival in Madill and the Striper Festival in Kingston. We use the proceeds
to fund our local charity projects. We support our local Schools and other organizations with
scholarships, funds, supplies and in many other methods.

was also a celebration Fish Fry for successful sales at the Two Bass Festivals

Delivery of 939 books, including 95 student dictionaries to the Kingston School System
Delivery of a 9” TV VCR with 20 educational Disney videos to Head Start.
Delivered a learning map to Kingston Grade School.
Delivery of a computer donated by Jim and Carol Brown to the Kingston school.
The Hug-A-Bears project is ongoing; the ladies at the nursing home are busily making Hug-A-Bears
and more requests for finished bears continue to come in.
A $200.00 donation has been given to the Salvation Army.
$500.00 for the Santa’s Elves Project.
$100.00 for the Kingston Food Bank
$100.00 to Willie Ferguson for the Senior Project.
Our December meeting will be held on Wednesday, December 13th at the Oakwood Lodge at 11:30 A.
M. This will be our Christmas Luncheon and we will be wrapping gifts for Santa’s Elves.
