San Juan, both are a sweet sail and I enjoyed them very much. I
love to listen to music and Sail.
I also write poetry, when I'm feeling lonely or reflecting back on
the past. Some people like my poetry (maybe they're just being
nice) and some won't commit on it (these people are being nice
also I think). But I welcome a response (via e-mail or you may
use the comment form on the "My Poetry" page) if you would like
to make a comment or be a critic.
The music I like the most are the Standards, there seems to be a
new genre starting around called New Vocal Standards which is
very refreshing to listen to. It seems Rock and Roll and Pop
artists are singing the old songs, they do very well I think. They
are displaying a talent that I have not noticed until now. I am
also a Jazz fan, artists like Chet Baker, Nancy Wilson, Duke
Ellington and Count Basie are just a few, and Pacific Jazz is a new
genre I've added to my lists of enjoyment. I have a library of
more than 13,000 songs and growing it seems, with no end in
sight. I have some Music, Pictures and Poetry in the links. I will
also post a song on the link if you have a request, if I have it of
course.

Creek Resort on Lake Texoma; I
retired from SBC Corp (now AT&T)
in 1998 after 32 years of service.
I've lived in many cities in
Oklahoma, which includes Atoka
(where I was born and raised),
Norman , Durant, Tulsa, Ardmore
and now on Lake Texoma. I have
owned two sailboats while living
here on this beautiful lake, a West
Wight Potter 14 foot and a 23-foot
